Day wise itinerary
Day 1: Chandigarh to Shimla (115 km | ~3.5 hours)
Morning/Afternoon: Arrive at Chandigarh Airport. Meet your representative and drive to Shimla via the scenic Himalayan Expressway.
Evening: Stroll on the Mall Road and The Ridge. Visit the Neo-Gothic Christ Church and Scandal Point.
Stay: Overnight in Shimla.
Day 2: Shimla to Manali (240 km | ~7–8 hours)
Morning: Enjoy breakfast and a quick visit to Jakhu Temple (the highest point in Shimla) for panoramic views.
Afternoon: Depart for Manali. En route, stop at Sundernagar Lake, Pandoh Dam, and the Kullu Valley for river rafting or to visit a shawl factory.
Stay: Overnight in Manali.
Day 3: Manali Local Sightseeing
Morning: Visit the 450-year-old Hadimba Devi Temple set in a cedar forest and the Manu Temple in Old Manali.
Afternoon: Explore Vashisht Village for its hot sulphur springs and take a short trek to the beautiful Jogini Waterfalls.
Evening: Relax at the Mall Road or explore the Tibetan Monastery.
Stay: Overnight in Manali.
Day 4: Solang Valley & Snow Point
Full Day: Head to Solang Valley for adventure sports like paragliding, zorbing, and skiing.
Snow Point: Depending on 2026 permits and road conditions, visit Atal Tunnel or Gulaba (Snow Line).
Stay: Overnight in Manali.
Day 5: Manali to Dharamshala (235 km | ~8–9 hours)
Morning: Check out and drive toward Dharamshala.
Afternoon: Stop at Kais Monastery or the tea gardens in Palampur.
Evening: Arrive in McLeod Ganj/Dharamshala and check in.
Stay: Overnight in Dharamshala.
Day 6: Dharamshala & McLeod Ganj Exploration
Morning: Visit the Dalai Lama Temple Complex (Tsuglagkhang) and the Bhagsunath Temple.
Afternoon: Walk to the Bhagsu Waterfall and visit the St. John in the Wilderness Church.
Evening: Spend time at the HPCA Stadium, known as one of the most beautiful cricket grounds in the world.
Stay: Overnight in Dharamshala.
Day 7: Dharamshala to Dalhousie (120 km | ~4 hours)
Morning: After breakfast, visit the Norbulingka Institute or the War Memorial.
Afternoon: Drive to Dalhousie. On arrival, visit St. John's Church and Gandhi Chowk.
Stay: Overnight in Dalhousie.
Day 8: Dalhousie & Khajjiar
Morning: Drive to Khajjiar (22 km), often called the "Mini Switzerland of India". Enjoy the saucer-shaped meadow and dense pine forests.
Afternoon: Visit Panchpula (memorial to Sardar Ajit Singh) and take a scenic walk to Satdhara Falls.
Stay: Overnight in Dalhousie.
Day 9: Dalhousie to Amritsar (200 km | ~5–6 hours)
Morning: Depart for Amritsar.
Afternoon: Head straight to the Wagah Border (30 km from Amritsar) by 3:30 PM for the daily "Beating Retreat" ceremony.
Evening: Visit the Golden Temple (Harmandir Sahib) to witness it beautifully illuminated at night.
Stay: Overnight in Amritsar.
Day 10: Amritsar Sightseeing & Return to Chandigarh (230 km | ~4.5 hours)
Morning: Visit the Jallianwala Bagh memorial and the Partition Museum.
Afternoon: Drive back to Chandigarh. Aim to reach the airport at least 2.5 hours before your scheduled 2026 flight

- AC in the vehicle will not be kept on when the vehicle is not moving . i.e. When the vehicle is parked at some sightseeing place, restaurant or any place, the AC will not be kept on
- Vehicles will not Go to Mall Road (Mussoorie and Nainital), Gun Hill, Lal Tibba
- Big Vehicles e.g. 12, 16 Seater tempo and Coach are not allowed in Nainital
