Payment Policy
Booking Confirmation: A 50% advance deposit is mandatory to lock in hotel rooms, cruise slots, and vehicle confirmations.
Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance payment must be fully cleared 1 day prior to the guests' arrival on the islands.
Note: If payments are not settled as per this timeline, logistics and hospitality services will be temporarily paused and treated as cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellations: Subject to individual hotel and private cruise line policies.
Private Cruise Sector Cancellations: A minimum flat charge of ₹250/- per person, per sector applies to any cruise change. Cancellations within 48 hours of departure attract a 50% penalty, and cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable (100% penalty).
- Acts of God & Weather: In case of sudden technical sailing adjustments or inclement sea conditions, cancellations and rescheduling fee liabilities follow individual supplier codes
Terms and Conditions
Itinerary Flow: Private ferry and cruise sailings depend entirely on local weather clearances. Alternate routing arrangements will be designed by Gravitic Tours if a scheduled cruise cannot sail.
Ground Transportation: Vehicles are arranged strictly on a point-to-point itinerary basis. They are not at continuous disposal or available for unrestricted night hire.
Luggage Capacity: Please note that vehicles operating in the Andaman Islands do not feature external overhead luggage carriers. Travelers are advised to pack accordingly.
Mobile Connectivity: Island data and networks can heavily fluctuate. Gravitic Tours highly recommends carrying active Airtel or BSNL SIM cards to maintain smooth local communication with drivers and coordinators.
Infrastructure Notice: Island tourism infrastructures operate with simpler resources compared to urban mainland hubs; unexpected power dropouts or network delays may happen.
