💳 Payment Policy
- Booking Deposit: 30% of the total tour package cost required at the time of booking confirmation.
- Mid-Payment: 50% of the total package cost to be paid 15 days prior to the travel date.
- Balance Payment: Remaining 20% balance to be cleared before 7 Days of arrival in Goa.
- Peak Season / Festival Bookings: 100% advance payment required for bookings between December 15 and January 15 (Diwali / Christmas / New Year period).
🔄 Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 30 Days or more before travel: 90% refund of total package cost (10% token cancellation fee applies).
- 15 to 29 Days before travel: 50% refund of total package cost.
- 07 to 14 Days before travel: 25% refund of total package cost.
- Less than 7 Days before travel / No Show: 0% refund (100% cancellation charges apply).
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed via original payment mode within 7 to 10 working days.
- Flight / Train Cancellations: Gravitic Tours is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by airlines or railways.
